Rajamahendravaram: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) Officers Mahila Samithi (OOMS) led by its president Durga Bhavani Sekhar extended help to the inmates of Kasturba National Memorial Trust here on Thursday.

She distributed 13 rice bags, 18 kgs each dals, idly ravva 10 kgs, tamrind 8 kgs, oil 8 kgs, soaps 40 numbers, umpa ravva 10 kgs, bed sheets 20, saress 20 and plastic buckets and mugs four each and fruits and biscuits.

Speaking on the occasion, Bhavani said that ONGC was committed to better the lives of the deserved in its operational areas and OOMS had been playing a key role in identifying the needy in addition to the core SCR team company.  The samithi was also in the forefront to serve the needy.
