Kakinada: Seeking a permanent solution to the drinking water issue, the Jana Sena Party activists protested at Antarvedi Temple premises here on Wednesday. 

Speaking on the occasion, JSP activist Nagireddi Taraka Prabhu, said that Antarvedi and its surrounding villages were facing a severe shortage of drinking water. He expressed fear that in the coming summer the water problem would increase. Drinking water problem was not solved permanently and it was turning to be a major problem. The JSP demanded that the government take a permanent solution on the issue. The JSP activists sat on their knees and performed Pradakshinas to Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy for a speedy solution to their problem.
