Kakinada: District Congress Committee president Pantam Nanaji has said that their party is going to stage a protest at Delhi in March against the ‘injustice’ done to the Andhra Pradesh State. He led the Atma Gourava Deeksha at the RDO office at Ramachandrapuram.

Speaking on this occasion, Nanaji said that the present BJP-led government and the TDP government betrayed the people of AP. They had weakened the Special Category Status issue by diverting the people’s attention towards special package. He alleged that they had been misleading people by saying that special package was more beneficial than SCS in terms of benefit of AP. He informed that to protest against the injustice to the people of AP, their party would conduct Atma Gourava Deeksha for three days at Delhi from March 6 to 8.

Nanaji also informed that the State Congress president, Raghuveera Reddy would visit Amalapuram on February 27. PCC General Secretary Rudra Raju, Janga Gowtham, Kamana Prabhakara Rao and other leaders took part in the protest.
