Fish, bird to greet visitors at Raghavaiah Park
For the delight and happiness of the visitors of Raghavaiah Park the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation has established Aqua Spa and display, said Mayor Koneru Sridhar here on Monday.
Vijayawada: For the delight and happiness of the visitors of Raghavaiah Park the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation has established Aqua Spa and display, said Mayor Koneru Sridhar here on Monday.
He was addressing the gathering on the inaugural function of Aqua Spa and display developed by Amazon Aqua Designs. He said that as part of beautification of parks the VMC has established playing equipment and entertainment for children visiting the parks.
In this connection they had established fish aquarium with variety of fishes, he said.Municipal Commissioner J Nivas said the Amazon Aqua Designers had developed the park with variety of fishes, birds, rabbits and other animals to create a pleasant atmosphere for the visitors of Raghavaiah Park.
He said that fresh water fish, marine fish, Java, Cocktail, Apricup, Lovebirds, Lava besides varieties of ducks, rabbits were arranged. He said that in the days to come many more fish varieties and birds will be added to the park to the delight of the visitors, he added.
MLA Bonda Umamaheswara Rao said that the VMC had taken up various development activities for the beatification of city and parks.Nagarjuna University scientist BS Vishwanath, estate officer K Krishna Murthy, Executive engineer, Prabhakar, Amazon Aqua Designer Sri Ram and others were present.
