The association general secretary for Prakasam district, Murikipudi Krishnakishore said that they also wanted the government to announce the dates for the archaka exams, release pending funds for the beneficiaries of loans, houses, medical schemes, retirement benefits etc, pattadar passbooks, removing temples with less than Rs 2 lakh income from endowments department and demanding the authorities to allow programmes in Siva temples as per the Saivaagama rules.
The district president, Karamcheti Sivaramakrishna, other leaders Pogula Rambabu, Gudali Gaurisankar Sarma, Nuthalapati Deekshitulu, Podula Sudhakar, Nadendla Mallikharjuna Rao, M Narayana Rao, Valeti Satish warned that if the government failed to implement the demands, they would take initiate a movement as per the state committee guidelines.
