The East Godavari police received Best Service award from AP Red Cross Society president and Governor ESL Narasimhan.
Kakinada: The East Godavari police received Best Service award from AP Red Cross Society president and Governor ESL Narasimhan.
The award was presented for collecting more number of blood units during Police Commemoration Day in November 2017.
The East Godavari police collected at total of 580 units, the highest among the 13 districts in AP.
The Governor award for the Best Performance was handed over to East Godavari SP Vishal Gunni on Tuesday by East Godavari Red Cross Society chairman YD Rama Rao at district police office.
Speaking on this occasion, the SP said that he was happy to receive Best Service award among the 13 districts in the state.
