Spl drive to clear SC/ST pending cases

Rajamahendravaram: Sub-Collector CM Saikantha Varma has said all the pending cases relating to SC/STs will be addressed through special drive in the division and asked the officials to initiate steps in this regard.
Participating in vigilance and monitoring committee meeting held here on Tuesday, he said a special drive would be started in the division in this regard shortly.
He asked the officials to prepare the lists of SC/ST pending cases in their purview immediately.
The government was particular to address the cases, he said, adding that any lapses in this regard would be viewed seriously.
