Blood donation camp on 3 APSP Battalion premises held
A blood donation camp was organised at APSP 3 Battalion premises in Kakinada suburbs on Friday under the aegis of Rotary Blood Bank and Hope Hospital.
Kakinada: A blood donation camp was organised at APSP 3 Battalion premises in Kakinada suburbs on Friday under the aegis of Rotary Blood Bank and Hope Hospital.
Speaking on the occasion, battalion commandant Koteswaara Rao appreciated the men and officers of the battalion for participating in blood damnation which saves precious human lives.
The commandant on this occasion said that a fund to the tune of Rs 4 crore has been sanctioned to the battalion by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. This amount would be utilized for the medical care of men and officers of the battalion, the commandant added.
Additional commandant M Nagendra Rao, DSP Suryachandra Rao, doctors from Rotary Blood Bank and Hope Hospital Dr Lakshmi, Dr Swati, Dr Kama Raju and staff and officers of 3 ASP Battalion participated.
