Rajamahendravaram: BJP MLA Dr Akula Satyanarayana has inspected SKR College for Women, Bala Sadan and Girls Hostel along with municipal corporation Commissioner Sumit Kumar Gandhi here on Wednesday.
Later, the MLA said the ceiling and flooring of the hostel were damaged badly.
An estimated sum of Rs 40 lakh from MLA Development Funds would be spent on repair of ceiling and flooring along with necessary lighting.
He also asked the corporation commissioner to extend necessary help to provide basic facilities in the hostel.
