Takes part in official Xmas-eve celebrations

Guntur: All is set for the tour of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to Guntur district on Wednesday. Arrangements for Naidu’s visit are being coordinated by District Collector Kantilal Dande and Rural Superintendent of Police P H D Ramakrishna under the supervision of Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao.

Naidu will arrive by helicopter at Sattenapalli, the constituency of the Speaker, at 11 am. Immediately, he will inaugurate the ‘Swachh Satennapalli Lavatories Scheme’, the pet programme of Kodela, at Irukupalem village in Muppala mandal. Later, he will interact with women of the village. Naidu will address a public meeting.

The Chief Minister will also inaugurate a pylon at the Narasaraopet check-post. After lunch, he will reach Guntur by 4 pm and participate in a Christmas-eve celebrations at the Kasu Bramhananda Reddi Stadium being officially organised by the State government .He will participate in high-tea with Christian clergy.

Immediately after reaching Guntur, he will participate in the inauguration of additional classrooms at the RVRJC Engineering College. He will declare open a ‘rytu bazaar’ in the city.  Naidu will return to Hyderabad the same night.

The district administration and the police have made elaborate arrangements for the Chief Minister’s visit to the district.
