Swachh Bharat at Eluru Government Hospital every Saturday
Ramu Surya Rao (RSR Master), MLC and Chairman of Government Hospital Development Committee, has said that Swachh Bharat programme will be conducted every Saturday in Eluru Government hospital by modernising the drainage system. He inspected the Government hospital on Saturday and enquired the patients about the health services extended and other issues.
Eluru: Ramu Surya Rao (RSR Master), MLC and Chairman of Government Hospital Development Committee, has said that Swachh Bharat programme will be conducted every Saturday in Eluru Government hospital by modernising the drainage system. He inspected the Government hospital on Saturday and enquired the patients about the health services extended and other issues.
Speaking on the occasion, RSR Master said that due to the bad condition of the drainage system, mosquito menace was high in the hospital. He said he would direct the officials to take action to control the menace. He said the development committee would take the cooperation of voluntary organisations to make the hospital compound clean and green.
He said every Saturday, the development committee would remove waste from the hospital compound and take up planting of trees. He visited the TB ward and labor ward and enquired the patients on the health services. Committee member Nageswara Rao and others accompanied him during the inspection.
