Eluru govt hospital to have 1,000 beds
Speaking on the occasion, MLA said that he represented to Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas to upgrade the Eluru Government Hospital and develop it as a multi-specialties hospital.
Eluru: MLA Badeti Kota Rama Rao (Bujji) said that the government has decided to upgrade the district headquarters government hospital to 1,000-bedded hospital with a cost of Rs 10 crore. He visited the Government Hospital along with Government Whip Chintamaneni Prabhakar on Tuesday and inspected the wards.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA said that he represented to Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas to upgrade the Eluru Government Hospital and develop it as a multi-specialties hospital.
The Minister had responded favorably in this regard, he added.MLA Badeti Bujji and Whip Prabhakar enquired about the facilities extended to the patients in the Hospital. Hospital Superintendent AVR Mohan explained about the development works taken up in the hospital to the MLAs.
