Nalgonda: The students of a private school have a lucky escape on Wednesday when their school bus rammed into fields after hitting an electric pole. The incident took place at Tanedarpalli of Tipparthi mandal.

According to locals, the bus of Vidya Grammer School of Nalgonda, after picking up students at Anishetti Duppalapalli and Jajireddygudem, came to Tanedarpalli to pick up the students in the village. The bus hit an electric pole lightly and went into the fields on the outskirts of the village. There were 15 children in the bus at the time and none was hurt. Later the bus was pulled on to the road with the help of a tractor.

Alleging the driver’s rash driving was the reason for the accident, the villagers have complained to the media that earlier also some of the villagers were injured in minor accidents due to the rash driving of the same bus driver.
They demanded the school authorities to change the driver immediately to save the lives of children and others also.
