Chittoor: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu should quit as his government had failed in protecting the interests of the State in all fronts, said Punganur YSRCP MLA P Ramachandra Reddy.
Participating in ‘Gadapa Gadapaku YSRCP’ programme at Narasingarayanipet in Chittoor mandal on Sunday, he said that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu had failed to convince the NDA government to grant Special Category Status to the State.
He recalled that the Chief Minister in his election manifesto had promised that jobless youth would be paid unemployment allowance, but after coming to power instead of providing employment he removed thousands of contract and outsourcing employees working in the government sector.
It may be noted that YSRCP president Jaganmohan Reddy called upon the party cadres to conduct ‘Gadapa Gadapaku YSRCP’ programme ‘ in order to highlight the failures of the TDP government and to convince the people for extending their support to YSRCP .
In Chittoor Assembly constituency, J Srinivasulu has been taking part in the programme for the last few days covering Chittoor town and Yadamari mandal.
