The committee appointed by the two Telugu states drawing two officers from each state to go into division of various corporations, featured under the ninth schedule of the States Reorganisation Act, 2014 will prepare a report and submit it to the Centre. Then the committee will go ahead with its work. 

Hyderabad: The committee appointed by the two Telugu states drawing two officers from each state to go into division of various corporations, featured under the ninth schedule of the States Reorganisation Act, 2014 will prepare a report and submit it to the Centre. Then the committee will go ahead with its work.

The constitution of the committee was necessitated following the expiry of the Sheela Bhide committee which successfully divided only 61 of the 89 corporations prior to the expiry of the term.

The new committee comprises civil services official Prem Chandra Reddy and industries department joint director Sadhu Sunder representing Andhra Pradesh while Telangana is represented by bureaucrat Ramakrishna Rao and IFS officer Tirupatayya.
