Anantapur: Civil Supplies Minister Paritala Sunitha has appealed to the people to participate in the 70th Independence Day celebrations in large numbers and make the Chief Minister feel proud of the district.

The Minister reviewed the arrangements for the ensuing Independence Day celebrations at the Police Training Centre (PTC) stadium along with District Collector Kona Sasidhar on Tuesday.

She said at the review meeting that it was a rare opportunity given by the Chief Minister to the district. She asked all officials to pull all strings for the astounding success of the mega event.
