Along with Sri Lanka Tourist Board chairman Kirti Disanayakelu, Devipriya paid a courtesy call on TTD chairman at his office in Madhavam Rest House here and sought support of TTD in developing infrastructure and temple maintenance at Kedargram temple. 

Tirupati: Sri Lanka’s Western Province Chief Minister Siani Sura Devipriya on Thursday met TTD chairman Dr Chadalawada Krishnamurthy. Both discussed the issue of developing Subramanyeswara temple at Kedargram in Sri Lanka.

Along with Sri Lanka Tourist Board chairman Kirti Disanayakelu, Devipriya paid a courtesy call on TTD chairman at his office in Madhavam Rest House here and sought support of TTD in developing infrastructure and temple maintenance at Kedargram temple.

Speaking on the occasion, the TTD chairman said that the TTD was always at the forefront of propagating Sanatana Hindu dharma and would consider their request for development of Kedargram temple in Sri Lanka. Sri Lankan Chief Minister and his entourage later visited Tiruchanur where they offered prayers in Sri Padmavathi Ammavari temple.
