Besides, if any one needs to approach the High Court or Supreme Court for justice, they have to bear a huge amount which is making it difficult for the poor, farmers and landless labourers and others get justice. Most of the poor in need of justice remaining helpless unable bear the advocate’s fee.

The only way out for them is providing due representation to the 109 crore population of weaker sections, he opined.Saying that the Constitution derived its spirit from the Buddhist philosophy ‘Dharmam Saranam Gacchami’, Mohan sought reforms in the judicial system to ensure justice within the reach of poor and also instill confidence among the people on judiciary.

In the State and also in the country, power is in the grip of few while same was the case in Supreme Court also, leaving the majority in the lurch he said while vociferously seeking overhauling of judicial system to reflect the spirit of the Constitution and also reachable to poor and common man.
