Kakinada: East Godavari Collector H. Arun Kumar on Wednesday called up on the officials of various departments to make arrangements for Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s visit to Mori village in Sakhinetipalli mandal of East Godavari on Thursday.
Reviewing the arrangements at Collectorate on Wednesday, the Collector said that in view of the village getting special focus as free of open defecation, street lighting with LED lamps and internet savvy village, there should not be any lapses in making the arrangements.
The Collector said that the Chief Minister will arrive by chopper to Mori village and participate in many programmes scheduled on that day.
The programmes include meeting with corporate executives as the village has been declared as smart village. He also inaugurate LED lighting stem in the village besides declaring it as village free of open defecations.
Later the Chief minister will also visit Anterevedipalem and Razole to participate in local programme, Arun Kumar said.
Joint collector S. Satyanrayana and heads of various departments participated.
