YSRCP MLA Roja being stopped from attending the National Women's Parliament at Amaravati is still causing a furore among the political circles.

With Roja continuing to blame the Andhra Pradesh Police Association for the move and criticizing Director General of Police N Sambasiva Rao, the Police Association has demanded an unconditional apology from the politician.

Addressing the media, the YSRCP MLA alleged that she was 'kidnapped' by police from Gannavaram airport to prevent her from attending the event despite getting invited.

Stating that she is targeting only the DGP as he couldn't exercise his powers, instead bowed before the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, Roja now demanded Mr Rao to apologise to her for the injustice.
