Vikrama Simhapuri University student demands resolved
Most importantly, as demanded by the students, the Registrar Shiva Shankar has been transfered by replacing him with Chandraiah.
Nellore: A 3-year long student agitation of Vikrama Simhapuri University has been fruitful with the state government coming forward to resolve the pending demands of the students, after the issue being brought to the notice of the film star Pawan Kalyan.
As demanded by the students, the government appointed a special committee to look into the corruption and came forward to implement the academic calendar. Most importantly, as demanded by the students, the Registrar Shiva Shankar has been transfered by replacing him with Chandraiah.
The long-pending demand of the students to enter into the new building has also materialised and the classes have commenced in the new building with better facilities.Recently, a group of students met the Jana Sena party president Pawan Kalyan and brought the issue to his notice. Perhaps, that could have moved the government in expediting the things.
