RSSS to organise Seema Satyagraham tomorrow in kurnool
Rayalaseema Saguneeti Sadhana Samithi (RSSS) president Bojja Dasaratha Rami Reddy said that the Samithi has decided to take up one day relay hunger strike ‘Seema Satyagraham’ on April 3 since all political parties are shedding crocodile tears on the plight of Rayalaseema and robbing its rightful water share and other resources.
Kurnool: Rayalaseema Saguneeti Sadhana Samithi (RSSS) president Bojja Dasaratha Rami Reddy said that the Samithi has decided to take up one day relay hunger strike ‘Seema Satyagraham’ on April 3 since all political parties are shedding crocodile tears on the plight of Rayalaseema and robbing its rightful water share and other resources.
The main intention of hunger strike is to bring the plight of the region to the notice of the democratic forces in the state.
Addressing a press conference held here on Saturday, Rami Reddy alleged that the ruling party is biased and is against the welfare of Rayalaseema and the opposition party is also following the footsteps of the ruling party.
Apart from the ruling and opposition all other political parties are also seeing the region as untouchable, he lamented. He demanded water for irrigation and drinking water purposes and safeguard the livelihood of people of the region.
