Train the Trainer session begins at SMK
A three-day \'Train the Trainer (TT)\' programme began at Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala here on Thursday. According to Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala principal T Vijayalakshmi, the Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) organised the programme in association with Career Path Solutions Private Limitd, Secunderabad.
Vijayawada: A three-day 'Train the Trainer (TT)' programme began at Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala here on Thursday. According to Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala principal T Vijayalakshmi, the Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) organised the programme in association with Career Path Solutions Private Limitd, Secunderabad.
She said that all the staff should make use of such opportunities to impart quality education to the future generations. She said that trainers K Ranjani and S Vinay Vardhan will conduct a training and awareness programme to the staff on psychometric analysis. The staff was told to follow the unique 3M methodology measure method monitoring.
Trainer Vinay Vardhan said that the staff would adopt the ideologies of Ravi Shankar, "I am alive, I am awake, I will be aware." He said that all the staff should develop the attitude to love themselves first ‘Fall in love with thy self’ and ‘I can do anything’, he added. He said that the staff was suggested to create awareness on employability skills, emotional ownership, responsibility and accountability.
