Regularise contract, outsourcing employees: CPM
CPM state secretary P Madhu demanded that the state government regularise the contract and outsourcing employees and workers jobs. The issue was an election assurance given by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, he said. He said that the enhanced salaries were very low when compared to basic of 10th Pay Revision Commission (PRC) recommendations
Amaravati: CPM state secretary P Madhu demanded that the state government regularise the contract and outsourcing employees and workers jobs. The issue was an election assurance given by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, he said.
He said that the enhanced salaries were very low when compared to basic of 10th Pay Revision Commission (PRC) recommendations.
The left leader wrote a letter to Chandrababu Naidu and the same was released to media here on Thursday. As per 10th PRC recommendations, contract and outsourcing employees and workers’ salaries should be increased up to 104 per cent while the state government restricted it to only 50 per cent, he alleged.
He further said that thousands of employees who were working in various departments had been working for regularisation of jobs. He urged the Chief Minister to regularise jobs of contract and outsourcing employees and implement 10th PRC recommendations.
