State progressing in all sectors: Speaker
Speaker Dr Kodela Shiva Prasada Rao said Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu inter-linked the Krishna and Godavari rivers and constructed the temporary Secretariat besides providing uninterrupted power supply. Addressing the ‘Mahasankalpam’ meeting held on the premises of the Sri Venkateswara Vignana Mandiram in the city on Thursday, he said the state was attracting more investments now.

He sought the cooperation of people for ushering in a corruption-free society. He said the government was equally developing all the districts. Following the initiative taken by the state government, the Centre has set up several universities in the state, he added.
Shiva Prasada Rao said that the state was progressing in all fronts and listed out the development works taken up by the government during the last three years. MP Galla Jayadev, ZP Ch:airperson Janimun, MLA Modugula Venugopala Reddy and Joint Collector Krithika Shukla were present on the occasion.
