United States Trade and Development Agency calls on Collector
The United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) accepted the third phase of the Smart City plans. The USTDA Committee met GVMC Special Officer and Collector Pravin Kumar on Sunday and held discussions with him on the ongoing Smart City development activities.
Visakhapatnanm: The United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) accepted the third phase of the Smart City plans. The USTDA Committee met GVMC Special Officer and Collector Pravin Kumar on Sunday and held discussions with him on the ongoing Smart City development activities.
While reviewing the street lighting, digital classrooms and controlling the pollution levels in the city, the USTDA team appreciated the GVMC team on their efforts.Speaking at the meeting, Collector Pravin Kumar urged the USTDA team to release the funds under the Smart City programme assistance to take up the third phase works.
While responding, Director of USTDA Enoh T Ebong expressed his willing to release the funds for the next phase of development works under the Smart City programme.Earlier, Commissioner of GVMC Harinarayanan gave a PowerPoint presentation to the team about the city highlights and ongoing projects.Vice-chairman of VUDA P Basanth Kumar explained about the urban infrastructure works taken up by the VUDA.
