Speaking at party plenary here on Saturday, Botcha came down heavily on Minister for Mines and Geology RVSK Ranga Rao. “Sujay has no ethics and morals. He, who accused TDP government of corruption while he was in YSRC, joined TDP for personal benefit. If he has any morals, he should resign from his MLA post and contest again onTDP ticket,” he challenged.
