The 4-laneroad starts from 346 km point in NH44 to Giddalur 213 km point in NH 44. The road extent is 66 km in Anantapur, 118 km in Kurnool and 19 km in Prakasam district. The road connects Anantapur-Tadipatri-Bugga-Oak-Banaganapalle-Gajulapalle and Giddalur towns.
