Citing that two generations will suffer if the drug smuggling activities are not stopped, the DGP raised objection over students getting addicted to drugs.

As a part of his tour in East Godavari district, Sambasiva Rao visited Kakinada on Wednesday and advised parents to closely monitor the behaviour of their kids and restrain from unnecessary activities including letting them stay late at night.

He further assured of preventing the cultivation of ganja in Maoist-influenced areas in the state.
