Burglary foiled at Karur Vysya Bank in Gowli Geri

A burglary at KarurVysya Bank located at Gowli Geri (Gowli Street) was foiled with the help of an alarm fixed in the bank. Sources said, some burglars managed to enter KarurVysya Bank after removing the window panes from rear end of bank on Sunday evening. To not to identify them, the burglars tried to CCTVs.
Kurnool: A burglary at KarurVysya Bank located at Gowli Geri (Gowli Street) was foiled with the help of an alarm fixed in the bank. Sources said, some burglars managed to enter KarurVysya Bank after removing the window panes from rear end of bank on Sunday evening. To not to identify them, the burglars tried to CCTVs.
While removing them, they accidentally pressed a siren of an alarm. Fearing the siren sound, the burglars took to their heels without touching anything in the bank.
On learning about the incident, the bank officials along with the police rushed to the spot and inspected the scene of offence. Two Town Circle Inspector Degala Prabhakar said that we are trying to identify the burglars from the CCTV footage.
