Indicating that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu appointed Chinna Rajappa as Home Minister as he belongs to Kapu and not due to his personal calibre.
Participating in the solidarity meet held at Vijayawada in support of Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham during his padayatra, the Congress leader said that Kapus demanding to include them in BC category is justifiable and reiterated that Mudragada has every right to conduct padayatra.
