Minister for Social Welfare Nakka Ananda Babu wondered why the statues of those who looted the State were kept near the statues of freedom fighters in Tenali. He said while Naidu has been taking constant measures for the development of the State, Jaganmohan Reddy is obstructing the process of development.

Ananda Babu said Pattiseema Lift Irrigation Project is beneficial to farmers. MLA A S Rama Krishna recalled the role played by the freedom fighters from Tenali in the Quit India movement and added that people will never forget their sacrifice.
