Rural hospitals to be strengthened
Health Minister Dr Kamineni Srinivasarao on Thursday said that the government was committed to strengthening rural hospitals in the State.
Visakhapatnam: Health Minister Dr Kamineni Srinivasarao on Thursday said that the government was committed to strengthening rural hospitals in the State.
Inaugurating the 150 beds area hospital at Narsipatnam, the Minister said that the government hospitals were providing
72 diagnostics tests for public besides baby kits for new born babies. The government would also provide mother kits soon, he said.
R&B Minister Chinta Kayala Ayyannapatrudu called upon the tribals to avail facilities in the Narsipatnam area hospital.
He said that the government would upgrade it to 250 beds hospital soon.
Later the ministers lunched the Maha Prasthanam Vehicle sponsored by the management of CMR.Anakapalle MP Muttamsetty Srinivasarao, MLC MVVVS Murthy, Collector Praveen Kumar and District Medical and Health Officer Dr Ramesh were present.
