Addressin-g a review meeting at the Secretariat on Wednesday, the Chief Secretary said Rs 253 crore under labour component and Rs 150 crore under material component had been released and the funds should not be diverted for any other purposes. He also instructed that they should take back funds of MGNREGS if they were given as advances for any other needs.
