The Secretariat is all set to relish delectable Telugu traditional, nutritional foods on Thursday evening as part of ‘Telugu Poshakaahaara Panduga’ being conducted by tourism department. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate the program.
Amaravati: The Secretariat is all set to relish delectable Telugu traditional, nutritional foods on Thursday evening as part of ‘Telugu Poshakaahaara Panduga’ being conducted by tourism department. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate the program.
This food festival is being conducted under the guidance of tourism department principal secretary Mukesh Meena, with an aim to emphasize the importance of the Telugu traditional foods, which have such great nutritional values along with lip-smacking taste, that help in maintaining great health.
A wide variety of Telugu traditional mouth-watering dishes such as Nellore vada, coconut dumplings, keera vada, the most famous allam-pesarattu, tindora-coconut curry, powdered sesame-drumstick curry, full brinjal curry, bamboo chicken and others will be served in this food festival.
A book explaining the preparation of such dishes along with their nutritional benefits is going to be released on this occasion by the Chief Minister.
