Commanding-in-Chief visits shipyard
The Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Naval Command (ENC), Vice-Admiral HCS Bisht, visited Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) on Thursday.
Visakhapatnam: The Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Naval Command (ENC), Vice-Admiral HCS Bisht, visited Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) on Thursday.
Chairman and Managing Director of HSL Rear Admiral LV Sarat Babu briefed the C-in-C regarding various achievements of the shipyard over the past two years resulting in its remarkable turnaround. He expressed gratitude for the timely support and assistance received from the ENC which enabled HSL to achieve higher performance.
Vice-Admiral Bisht congratulated the CMD, HSL, officers and all employees of HSL for the appreciable transformation of the yard in various aspects, including performance, work culture, team spirit and particularly for the neat, clean and green look. He complimented the CMD for his dynamic leadership and wished HSL a bright future.
