In a setback to the YSR Congress party, Kurnool MP Butta Renuka has visited Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu's house in Vijayawada today and joined the Telugu Desam Party.
TDP leader AV Subba Reddy said that discussions were held with all the Kurnool leaders following which Chandrababu gave his nod for Butta Renuka to join TDP undisputedly and welcomed her into the party.
After joining the TDP at Kurnool Bahirangasabha, Butta Renuka spoke to the media and said that Chandrababu is a great administrator and is developing Andhra Pradesh despite deficite budgets post bifurcation.
Sharing about Maharashtra MP lauding Chandrababu over Integration of Rivers, she revealed that her intention to join TDP is the interest in development.
