All the pending engineering works should be completed on time with a specific action plan, said TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal. He was presiding over a review meeting along with JEOs K S Sreenivasa Raju, Pola Bhaskar, CVSO Ake Ravi Krishna and others in Tirupati on Monday.

Reviewing various developmental works, the Executive Officer said the sign boards in different languages should be erected at various important places in Tirumala for the information of the public. "The non-functioning phones and fans should be replaced with the new ones in VQC immediately. Similarly, the toilets in VQC should be cleaned at regular intervals", he instructed the concerned.
To keep the premises of Tirumala more hygienic and clean, he directed the officials concerned to take the opinions of experts and prepare an action plan accordingly. There should not be delay in laddu distribution counters.
Later, reviewing the arrangements for the upcoming Tiruchanoor Brahmotsavams, the EO said that necessary audio equipment and mike system should be arranged for the big fete. He also reviewed on e-filing system. FACAO Balaji, CE Chandra Sekhar Reddy and other senior officers wer also present.
