Superintendent of Police GVGAshok Kumar has revamped the functioning of all police stations in the district by effecting transfers of 46 sub-inspectors in the district who had been working at single places for a long time. He also sent 11 SIs to vacancy reserve who are known to be corrupt and inefficient.
Anantapur: Superintendent of Police GVGAshok Kumar has revamped the functioning of all police stations in the district by effecting transfers of 46 sub-inspectors in the district who had been working at single places for a long time. He also sent 11 SIs to vacancy reserve who are known to be corrupt and inefficient.
In a bid to overhaul the police machinery in the district for controlling crime, factional feuds and better traffic regulation, he posted officers who are known for their dynamism and efficiency in crucial departments and places. The SP is now out to effectively check crime and anti-social elements and give better policing to district.
