Vijayawada: The school education department will use services of IAS, IPS, NRIs, doctors, engineers, higher officials and lecturers, who are in a good position, to inspire the students of the government schools to secure good marks.

The government is feeling that it is better to conduct motivation classes with the aforesaid to inspire the students. The government also use their services to develop infrastructure in the government schools and if they donate money, the schools will be named after them.

The principal secretary education department, Adityanath Das, directed the district educational officers to write letters to the Alumni Associations to conduct motivation classes and take their cooperation for the development of schools.

At present NRIs are extending financial assistance to set up digital class rooms in the state. Some of the NRIs are developing infrastructure in their native villages and developing hospitals. At present, the government wants to use their services for the development of infrastructure in the schools. Guntur Medical College Alumni of North America constructed an auditorium in the Guntur Medical College.

If IAS, IPS officers, NRIs, doctor and engineers will deliver motivational speeches and explain how they got success after overcoming obstacles. The students will draw inspiration from them and they will do hard work to come up in the life. Hence, the government is planning to conducting motivational classes.

Following the instructions of the government, district educational officers instructed deputy educational officers, mandal educational officers, HMs to write letters to the alumni associations to conduct motivation classes and take their co-operation for their development.
