Rally to be taken out on vegetarianism
Noted paediatrician, West Godavari District Vegetarian Campaigning Committee President Balaram Pratap Kumar said that the United Nations will be conducting a campaign on the health of the people around the world.

He took part in a meeting organised by Brahma Kumaris, Arya Vysya Association, Lions Club of Akiveedu, Abhaya, Adarsha Clubs, Pyramid Dhyana Kendra members on Thursday at Arya Vysya Sangham office.
Speaking on the occasion, he pointed out that the UN has declared the October 1 as the World Vegetarian Day and started its campaign on the health issues. He said as a part of this, a massive rally will be taken out at Akiveedu stressing the importance of vegetarianism on November 25.
Lions Club President Gurram Lakshman Rao, Thota Bhujanga Rao, Brahma Kumari’s unit founder Gurram Krishna Murthy, Undrabatla Sambasiva Rao, Thota Bhujanga Rao, Arya Vysya Association leader Gurram Srinivasa Rao and others participated in the meeting.
