More amenities soon at Maharajah Govt Hospital
The government has decided to provide additional infrastructure at Maharajah Government General Hospital here. Poonam Mala Kondaiah, Principal Secretary to Government, (Health and Family Welfare), visited the hospital on Thursday and interacted with the patients there.

Later, she stated that the government would provide amenities at the hospital and solar power panels also would be installed for uninterrupted power supply. “At present only two ventilators are available here and in addition to that, two more ventilators would be provided soon.
“New MRI scan and CT scan will be sanctioned soon and the patients need not visit private hospitals for better treatment. Though this hospital got national-level recognition in maintenance and we should do more here and to the appreciation of public. Area Hospital at Parvathipuram would be provided more amenties,” she said.
