Secretariat Stands Last In Addressing People’s Grievances In AP

Only 14. 68 percent problems were solved in the Secretariat which has been upgraded with advanced technology. Though Nellore stood last among other districts, 66.04 percent issues were solved.
In Krishna district, out of 1.70 lakh applications, 1.54 lakh were solved registering 90. 61 percent success. The grievances were received between May and December till date.
West Godavari district occupied second place with 89.01 per cent, followed by East Godavari ( 87.28) and Prakasham district ( 84.76). YSR Kadapa ( 68.32), Srikakulam ( 67.8) and Nellore districts occupied last three positions in addressing the problems.
The highest number of revenue related issues filed through Mee Seva have been addressed in Krishna, Anantapur and West Godavari districts. In the Agriculture sector, 100 per cent problems were solved in Chittoor, Kurnool, Anantapur, Nellore, Srikakulam, East Godavari, Krishna, Guntur and Prakasham districts. Prakasham and Kadapa secured B Grade with 95 per cent and West Godavari git C grade by solving 88 percent issues.
Krishna also stood first and West Godavari districts last in addressing farm related issues through 1100 Toll-free number.
