Tirupati: A training programme on soil health and productivity increase was held at Regional Agricultural Research Station (RARS) here on Wednesday. The training programme was sponsored by National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD).
Representatives from various NGOs and project associates have participated. Associate Director of Research Dr TCM Naidu has presided over the programme and explained the importance of soil health and steps to be taken to increase the yield.
NABARD AGM DP Dass, Assistant Manager Madhusudan, Dr T Giridhara Krishna, Dr G Krishna Reddy, Dr PAM Reddy and Dr Madanmohan have participated.
