Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Chief Security and Vigilance Officer (CVSO) Ake Ravikrishna said that he would strive to make a villager of Kappatralla village as an IAS or IPS officer.
Kurnool: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Chief Security and Vigilance Officer (CVSO) Ake Ravikrishna said that he would strive to make a villager of Kappatralla village as an IAS or IPS officer. After a good amount of break, the former Superintendent of Police (SP) of Kurnool district visited his adopted village Kappatralla on Friday with his family members to celebrate Sankranti festival.
The villagers of Kapatralla gave a rousing welcome. Ravi Krishna has adopted the faction-ridden village Kappatralla and has also brought some land for the construction of his house. He came on a vacation with his family members to celebrate Sankranti festival with the villagers. Later, speaking to the media, Ravikrishna said that he would take part in all activities of Kappatralla wherever he may be.
Expressing his happiness after seeing his adopted village progressing on all fronts after shunning the faction feuds, he advised the villagers to maintain the same love and affection towards each other. The CVSO said he felt very happy on coming to know that digital classrooms were set up in school where there were no educational facilities earlier.
Ravikrishna further said that he would construct a Stree Shakti building to the women. Recalling the loans sanctioned to the women groups, he said that a big amount of Rs 7 crore was sanctioned by him. He urged the officers to involve themselves in the developmental activities in the village. The officer has assured the villagers that he would be always there to help them.
Kurnool Superintendent of Police (SP) Gopinath Jetty too accompanied the CVSO. Later, both the officers organised several games for the villagers and distributed prizes to the winners. Coromandel Fertilisers representative GV Subba Reddy, Asari ZPTC Bojjamma, Devanakonda MPP Ramachandra Naidu, Pathikonda Circle Inspector Vikrama Simha and others were present.
