AP Govt should set up special cell to address AgriGold victims
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu betrayed the AgriGold victims by promising them of bringing in new legislation, alleged YSRCP leader and Agricultural Market Committee Chairman Lella Appireddy.
Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu betrayed the AgriGold victims by promising them of bringing in new legislation, alleged YSRCP leader and Agricultural Market Committee Chairman Lella Appireddy.
Speaking to media persons here in the city, Appireddy urged the state government not to dillydally the issue in the name of laws and guidelines. The Chandrababu Naidu government should show commitment by coming to the rescue of the victims. To redress the matter concerning with the compensation, the state government should set up a special cell for the victims, he demanded.
Appireddy, who is also the chairman representing the AgriGold victims, further demanded that a new website should be set up where details and names of the victims who suffered at the hands of AgriGold, are provided.
