Vijayawada: Following Jana Sena leader Pawan Kalyan's tour to drought-hit Anantapur district, opposition parties in Andhra Pradesh are aiming their guns at the actor-turned politician.
Even though the Jana Sena party did not get recognition on the basis of constitution, Pawan Kalyan had entered the politics and public sphere in 2014 with an agenda to question the ruling party, said Congress spokesperson GV Reddy.
Speaking to media persons, the Congress leader said that Pawan had stepped into public life with an agenda to question the government. However, even after completion of four years, it is farce that Pawan has been frequently announcing that he would go into public to strike a chord with public and help them.
In his three-day Chalo re Chalo tour to Anantapur, Pawan sprang a surprise by meeting Andhra Pradesh Minister Paritala Sunitha and her family members, several political leaders in the district.
