Interviews for teaching posts in Acharya Nagarjuna University

Guntur: Interviews for filling posts of permanent professor and associate professor in Acharya Nagarjuna University would be held from February 22 to 25.

According to vice-chancellor Prof. A Rajendra Prasad, eight professors, one associate professor and five assistant professors would be recruited through these interviews. He said interviews for rural development ST (Woman), Assistant Professor and Associate professor in DMC department (Women) would not be held as none of the applicants fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria.

On February 22, interviews would be held for the professor’s post in oriental language, associate and assistant professor in English, professor in sociology and social work, assistant professor in Law department and professor and assistant professor in Mathematics departments.

On Feb 23, interviews would be held for professor posts in history and archeology, computer science and commerce and business management.

On Feb 25, interviews would be held for assistant professor posts in tourism and travel departments. He said the concerned candidates have already been informed about the schedule through postal, phone SMS and emails.
