Heart-throb Vijay Devarakonda kicks off Milan cultural fete

Vijayawada: The International Cultural Festival Milan-2018 will provide students a great opportunity to showcase their talent and get rewarded for the same.
Students would become shining stars in their own field, said Dr Sandeep Sancheti Vice-Chancellor of SRM University. The five-day cultural festival began at Dr TP Ganesan Auditorium in Chennai on Thursday.
In all, 6,000 students from various universities across the world were present on the first day of the festival. A prize money of Rs 15 lakh will be given to the winner on the final and fifth day of the festival.
The chief guest of the cultural fest, Tollywood actor Vijay Devarakonda after inaugurating the festival said he was witnessing such a big cultural fest for the first time. He interacted with students and advised them to strive to achieve their goal.
Founder Chancellor of SRM University Dr TR Paarivendhar, along with Registrar Prof N Sethuraman, Student Affairs and Campus Life Director Dr (Col) Ramchandani and several students, were present.
