Hyderabad: As dry weather prevailed in Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday, the highest maximum temperature of 38 degrees Celsius was recorded in Anantapur, the Met department bulletin said.

The other day temperatures in the State were: Jangamaheswarapuram, Tuni, Kadapa, Kurnool & Tirupati 37 each, Nandigama, Visakhapatnam Airport & Nandyal 36 each, Vijayawada & Arogyavaram 35 each, Kakinada & Nellore 34 each, Bapatla, Kavali, Machilipatnam, Narsapur & Ongole 33 each, Kalingapatnam 32 and Visakhapatnam 31.

According to the bulletin, the lowest night temperature of 18 degrees was recorded in Kadapa. The forecast said dry weather is likely to prevail in Andhra Pradesh from March 14 to 17. No large change during the subsequent three days is the weather outlook.
